TM Contracting is based at 47 Upper Kingtown Road. The service area is Hunterdon, Warren, Somerset, and parts of Mercer in New Jersey, plus Bucks, Lehigh, and Berks in Pennsylvania. Jobs are quoted by the size of the site, not by a hard line on a map. Small residential calls that do not need a full site crew are not the target.
Six places near the shop have their own pages because the work there is actually different: the shop’s farm country, Tewksbury’s large lots, the I-78 and Route 22 corridors, the commercial land around Flemington, and Holland Township. Other towns and counties should be named on the quote.
Alexandria Township, Hunterdon County
Home base for commercial, residential, and agricultural work
The crew is based at 47 Upper Kingtown Road in Pittstown. Commercial sites, larger homes, and farm infrastructure around Alexandria Township start here.
Tewksbury Township, Hunterdon County
High-value residential site packages
Tewksbury is where Hunterdon’s larger residential sites are concentrated. The work is clearing, septic, foundations, drainage, and long drives on estate and horse properties.
Clinton Township, Hunterdon County
I-78 corridor commercial pads and larger homes
Clinton Township mixes commercial ground along the highways with residential lots that still need real site work. Both are in range of the Pittstown shop.
Readington Township, Hunterdon County
Route 22 commercial sites and larger residential lots
Readington is the township where Route 22 commercial frontage and larger residential lots sit in the same zip-code conversation. The site work follows that split.
Raritan Township, Hunterdon County
County commercial center
Flemington is the county’s commercial center. A lot of the buildable land around it is Raritan Township, and that is where site prep, grading, and drainage get quoted.
Holland Township, Hunterdon County
Agricultural site work and larger homes
Holland Township is Delaware River farmland and sloped acreage west of the shop. The work here is farm infrastructure and larger residential sites.
Beyond Hunterdon in New Jersey
Warren County, Somerset County, and parts of Mercer County are part of the service area when the site is large enough to mobilize for. Commercial pads, full residential site packages, and farm infrastructure are the jobs that justify the haul. Name the county and the town on the quote.
Eastern Pennsylvania
Bucks, Lehigh, and Berks County are covered the same way. The shop is still Pittstown. The crew quotes those counties for commercial site work and larger packages, not for a short residential call that does not need a full site crew.
North of the shop
Alexandria Township beyond Pittstown, Union Township, Bethlehem Township, Bloomsbury, Hampton, Glen Gardner, and the Lebanon Township hills. Farm lanes, larger homes, and the occasional commercial site. These towns are served from Pittstown and do not have separate pages, so the quote should name the town directly.
Along 78 and toward the east
Clinton Borough, Lebanon Borough, Annandale, Whitehouse, Whitehouse Station, and the Readington and Clinton Township sites that already have pages. High Bridge and Califon sit in the hills between. Commercial work follows the highway corridors. Larger residential work follows the lots that still need septic and a real drive.
The county seat and the river towns
Raritan Township and Flemington for commercial site work. Further west and south: Kingwood, Frenchtown, Milford, Delaware Township, Sergeantsville, Stockton, Lambertville, East Amwell, and West Amwell. River towns and Amwell Valley properties are worth a quote when the site is large enough to justify the haul. Lambertville’s tight streets are a different access problem than a Kingwood farm, so the address matters.
