Septic installation for homes and farms
Most of the larger lots in this county are not on a sewer. TM Contracting installs septic systems to the engineered plan and the health department’s approval.

A real septic page, not a placeholder
Septic installation is part of the work Thomas lists with excavation, site work, demolition, and land clearing. The previous website left the septic page as a coming-soon note. This page is the replacement: the company installs systems on residential, agricultural, and other rural sites that are not on public sewer.
The design comes from the engineer and the approval comes from the local health department. The installation follows that design: excavation, tank and disposal field, lines, and the grade restored so the area drains. TM Contracting is not the soil scientist and not the health department. The crew is the contractor who puts the approved system in the ground.
Where septic is the normal choice
Tewksbury, much of Alexandria and Pittstown, Holland Township, and a lot of Readington and Clinton Township outside the village centers still rely on septic. A large residential site package in those places often includes the system along with the foundation and the drive. A farm adding a dwelling or a building can need one too.
Replacement of a failed system is quoteable when it is a full installation, not a quick pump-out. Say whether it is new construction or a replacement, and whether a design already exists. That is the difference between a job that can be scheduled and a job that is still waiting on a perc test.
