Clinton Township, Hunterdon County
Site work in Clinton Township and Annandale
Clinton Township mixes commercial ground along the highways with residential lots that still need real site work. Both are in range of the Pittstown shop.

The 78 corridor is a different kind of Hunterdon
Clinton Township sits on Interstate 78, with Annandale as the place most people mean when they say the local commercial center. Lebanon Borough is next door and is its own town. The land is a mix of offices, light commercial sites, schools, and residential neighborhoods, with larger wooded lots still scattered toward Cokesbury and the hills around Round Valley.
For a site contractor, that mix is the point. A commercial pad or a drainage and grading job along the highway corridor is the commercial work the company is organized to take. A house site off the corridor, especially one on septic with a longer drive, is the large residential version of the same crew.
What commercial buyers usually need here
Pads graded to a plan, utilities trenched, storm lines and inlets, an entrance that works for trucks, and sometimes demolition of whatever is already on the lot. Clinton Township jobs are more likely than a farm lane to arrive with an engineer’s drawing. Send it. Elevations and pipe sizes are how the quote stays honest.
Residential work in the township still includes septic where the property is outside the sewered areas. Do not assume a Clinton Township address is on public sewer. Say which it is.
Annandale, Lebanon, and the hills
Annandale is the address to write if that is where the site is. Lebanon Borough can be quoted too, even though it is not this township. The higher ground toward Round Valley is a residential and estate pattern, with drainage that has to respect the slope. Name the road or the hamlet so the haul and the terrain are priced together.
