Pool and pond excavation on larger properties
Pool and pond holes are dug as part of a larger property, where the machines are already mobilized for site work.

Pools in their proper place
The company can excavate for a pool and prepare the ground for installation. That offer stands for properties where a pool is part of a larger site: a new home, a rebuilt yard with drainage and grade, or an estate lot that already needs machines. It is not the front door of the business. Commercial site work, large residential packages, and farm infrastructure are.
A pond on a farm or a large residential parcel is similar excavation with a different purpose. Access for the excavator, a place for the spoil, and how the water will be held or drained are the pricing questions.
What the quote needs
The pool contractor’s dimensions, if you have them. The town. What else is happening on the property. Spoil has to go somewhere, and on a tight lot that can mean trucking it off. On acreage it can often stay and be graded.
